Our Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — matters to us. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at pets@companionnest.shop and we'll walk you through it. Once your return is approved, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label with instructions. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, treats, etc.)
- Personal care or grooming products
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
