Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, with select products also available for shipping to Canada.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- In-stock U.S. items: 3–7 business days
- Supplier fulfilled items: 7–15 business days
- Bundles containing multiple fulfillment sources: items may arrive separately
We'll send tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Will my items arrive in separate packages?
Possibly. Some Companion Nest products ship from different fulfillment partners, so multi-item orders may arrive in separate shipments with separate tracking numbers.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder first — because email systems enjoy inventing problems.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or supplier restrictions. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We'll work quickly to make it right.
What if I received the wrong item?
Mistakes happen. Usually by humans. Contact us with your order number and photos, and we'll resolve it.
Do you sell products for both dogs and cats?
Yes. Companion Nest focuses exclusively on thoughtfully selected products for dogs and cats.
No reptiles. No parrots. No emotionally complicated alpacas.
Are your products tested?
We carefully curate products based on practicality, quality, customer demand, and trusted supplier sourcing. We also prioritize recognizable brands where appropriate.
Do you sell pet food or medication?
Not at this time. We currently focus on practical pet essentials, accessories, enrichment, comfort, travel, and grooming products.
What are Companion Nest bundles?
Our Keep Me bundles combine practical products that make sense together. Examples include:
- Keep Me Pretty (grooming essentials)
- Keep Me Busy (play and enrichment)
- Keep Me Walking (daily walk essentials)
- Keep Me Cozy (comfort and rest)
- Keep Me Adventuring (travel essentials)
They're designed to simplify shopping and deliver better value.
Can I customize a bundle?
Not yet. But that's on the roadmap if enough pet parents want it.

How quickly do you respond?
We aim to respond within 1 business day, often sooner.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately. If your order has not entered fulfillment, we can usually update the address. If it has already shipped, options may be limited.
